‘DC’ is a solo nominated for Best New Work in the DC area from the Metro DC Dance Awards. It was performed at Dance Place in July 2007. The fast pace of an urban environment is created by projections of traffic lights counting down. In this hectic world a single disjointed figure slowly finds its way in the space.
